LHBH 2024-2025 Preschool Tuition Sheet
To ensure a place at LHBH for September, a non-refundable $50 registration fee and a $150 tuition prepayment must be received. Registration is for the whole school year program, September through June. The first tuition payment is due August 1st, and this is reduced by the $150 prepayment.
Please make checks payable to Little Hands Big Hearts Christian Preschool or (LHBH). Checks can be mailed, dropped at the LHBH office or paid online via PayPal (note: a transaction fee applies).
No classes are held during Christmas, February, and April public school vacations. Since children reserve a seat in the school, tuition payments are due even if a child is absent because of Woburn school cancellations, a child’s sickness, vacations, or holidays other than those in the Woburn Public Schools calendar. Please notify the preschool in writing in the event of a prolonged absence. Tuition is not reduced for up to two weeks of absence.
A one month written notice is required by the preschool in the event of a student withdrawal from the program. Thank you.

LUNCH BUNCH FEE
LHBH offers an extended hour to the normal preschool day. A calendar of available Breakfast Buddies/ Lunch Bunch days will be sent home with your child. Breakfast Buddies is offered 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and Lunch Bunch is offered from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM.
Lunch Bunch is an optional extended hour, giving students an opportunity to enjoy their lunch brought from home, become familiar with having lunch at school and engage in beneficial social interactions. Please note that all nuts, including peanut butter, or products containing nuts are not allowed during Lunch Bunch. Following lunch, children are offered indoor and outdoor play opportunities.
The cost for BB/LB stays are as follows:
- $14 per stay for 1 day in a month.
- $12 per stay for 2-3 days in a month.
- $10 per stay for 4 or more days in a month
- $4 additional for Pizza/Special Lunch Bunch
There is a minimum number of 3 children required to participate for Lunch Bunch to be held. LHBH reserves the right to cancel Lunch Bunch if needed.
Credit given for days missed due to illness.
TARDINESS FEE
We will adhere to the following schedule when charging fees for late pickup:
- 5-15 Minutes Late – $10
- 16-20 Minutes Late – $20
- 21-25 Minutes Late – $25
- More Than 26 Minutes Late – $1 Per Minute Late
LATE PAYMENT FEE AND SERVICE CHARGE
Tuition payments are due the first of every month. A $15 finance charge may be added to the following month’s invoice if payment is not received by the due date. Subsequently, in the event of a returned check for insufficient funds, the service charge we receive from the bank will be added to the amount owed, which we request be paid by cash, or money order.
